Lowell Fletcher

Lowell began in 1985 with the U.S. Coast Guard where he served 9 years with duties including assistant range master, boarding officer, medical assistant, and supply support. He is currently the Advisor for Shasta Sharpshooters, a local Junior NRA Shooting Club for youth 10+. He is also a Committee Member Advisor for the Shasta County Sheriff Explorers. His shooting career certifications include:
